People always ask us what we look for in our leaders or "how do I know if I am qualified?", and we tell them that we look for people with great personalities, solid communication skills, an excellent work ethic, and a great attitude. Our training is very extensive and thorough. We can teach you to do all the activities we offer, what we can't teach you is to A). have a desire to teach youth and B). be comfortable spending two weeks at a time living out of a backpack. If the idea of spending two weeks without running water, going to the bathroom in the woods, getting wet, getting dirty, being challenged, getting bit by bugs, etc. sounds appealing then you are exactly what we want.

Wilderness Adventure at Eagle Landing employs people with a high standard of moral character and a desire to teach in a wilderness setting. Wilderness Adventure at Eagle Landing hires primarily for our Summer Adventure Program. Other programs include Corporate Teambuilding, Outdoor Education and Custom Group Adventure Programs.
