Join us for an exclusive wine-tasting event on Friday evening, specially arranged for weekend pass holders. This elegant affair will feature a selection of fine wines, each thoughtfully paired with a range of appetizers to complement the flavors.
For those who wish to indulge further, bottles of wine will be available for purchase throughout the weekend, allowing you to enjoy a glass whenever you desire.
Diverse Dining at The Outpost:
Our Outpost will be the heart of dining from Friday evening through Sunday lunch, offering a range of purchase options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Vegetarian and vegan options are provided!
A special menu for the Yoga Venture event will include vegetarian and vegan options, ensuring that all dietary preferences are catered to. Alongside these choices, we will offer other healthy and delicious meal selections to fuel your body and spirit.
A selection of beers and wines will also complement your meals, providing the perfect accompaniment to your dining experience.

ACCOMODATION
When purchasing your ticket, you will find the option to camp on our property or upgrade to a room in one of our lodges.
GLAMPING
Glamping includes a large canvas tent ready for your arrival with the following amenities: One queen air mattress with memory foam topper OR four twin air mattresses (twin beds do not include memory foam toppers), pillows and basic linens, rugs, rechargeable pole lights, small rechargeable lanterns and battery-operated candles with remotes, two end tables and two glamping chairs. Additional mattresses and add-ons are available by request. Bed Selection will be verified via email after purchase.
CAMPING
Embrace the great outdoors with our camping options. Every weekend pass includes access to communal camping sites on a first-come, first-serve basis. Set up your tent among the trees or under the starry meadows for a true connection with nature.
For added comfort, upgrade to a private campsite. These designated spots come equipped with a picnic table and a fire ring, perfect for a cozy evening outdoors. Firewood and ice will be available for purchase throughout the weekend.


LODGING
If camping under the stars isn't your style, opt for the comfort of our rustic log cabin lodges. We offer double occupancy rooms, providing a cozy and comfortable stay. Whether you’re attending with a partner or friend or prefer a room to yourself, we have the accommodation to suit your needs.
Our lodges have shared bathrooms and showers, ensuring convenience and comfort. Bedrooms vary, with some offering double beds and others single bunks. Please specify your preference in the comments section of our ticketing form. All linens and towels are included.
Whether you choose to camp or stay in our lodges, you'll have access to all the event facilities, including multiple bathrooms, a large common bathhouse, and shower house for all guests, ensuring your needs are met throughout the weekend.
Our accommodation options are designed to cater to a range of preferences, ensuring that every guest can enjoy Yoga Venture in comfort and style. Choose the option that best suits your needs and get ready for a weekend of relaxation and rejuvenation.
We provide a variety of clean and convenient bathroom facilities to suit all our guests. Each lodge comes equipped with multiple bathrooms exclusively for lodge guests. For broader accessibility, a large common bathhouse and shower house are available to all attendees. Additionally, we have strategically placed port-o-johns near the campgrounds for those camping or exploring the grounds.

Lindsay McKinnon
Somatics Coach & Movement Teacher
Lindsay McKinnon has grown up at Wilderness Adventure. She is a seasoned Mom and a Trauma-informed Integrative Healing & Somatics Coach. With over 20 years of experience as a Massage Therapist, Childbirth Doula, and Qoya Inspired Movement Teacher, she coaches individuals and groups to equip them with practices and techniques to navigate stressors and pain points, find balance deep within themselves, and a renewed presence that is aligned in mind and body to build momentum for future goals and desires. She teaches wellness retreats and workshops for college students, healthcare workers, and organizations supporting their communities to become more resilient and connected in life and work. She loves to travel and play and is pretty good at doing both!

Cathy Cannon
Yoga Nidra Instructor
Cathy Cannon is a lifelong student on the path to spirit. With over 500 hours of study of Yoga and over 15 years of teaching yoga, meditation, Yoga Nidra, Breathwork, and before that, aerobics, water aerobics, Pilates, cycling, and personal training —this path continues to unfold in mysterious and serendipitous ways mind opening, joyful and heartbreakingly real in unexpected ways. Cathy’s heartfelt teaching style will allow you to feel seen and shift into a more expanded state.

Antonio Stovall
Session Leader & Sangoma Priest
Antonio Stovall is a Holistic Wellness educator, certified in Kemetic Yoga, Mindful Meditation, and breathwork. He teaches African American culture at William Fleming High School and has gained nationwide attention for his program's positive impact on students. He is also a social media influencer, thought leader, and owner of Ancestral Perspective LLC. Antonio facilitates community circles monthly and enjoys reading books on indigenous culture, writing poetry, researching alternative healing methods, and spending time with his family in nature.

Deb Rina
Session Instructor
Debra is a practitioner of Bhakti yoga for over ten years. She shares the healing meditative vibrations of harmonium, singing bowls, and kirtan/mantra. The practice cultivates love and devotion to the universal Divine energies within ourselves and others, reminding us that we are all connected to the same source- All One. Kimberly Vest
Session Instructor
Kimberly is a yoga instructor who believes in balance. She has studied yoga texts and Ayurveda, as well as enjoys RuPaul's drag. Her classes include Hatha, pranayama, Dhyana, mudra and mantra chanting. Kimberly has been teaching yoga for over 35 years and is certified by Yoga Alliance. When not teaching, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, and gardening.

Betsy Whitesell
Session Instructor
Betsy Whitesell is a sound healer, student, and teacher. She has led sound healing sessions with gongs, bowls and other instruments for over ten years, both in group and private settings. She believes in the primal power of sound to both soothe and scrub our personal energies. It is a powerful tool for meditation and transformation. She's a lifelong student and enjoys teaching in Craig County and working on her land here.

Haley Drewry
Yoga Instructor
Haley is a RYT 200 passionate about exploring and living her life through yoga. She has completed two hot yoga training sessions through the Barkan Method of Hot Yoga. Most recently, Haley has graduated from Shakti School level 1 Ayurveda coaching program. Haley will be teaching power vinyasa flow!
Hustle/Haven will also be present as a vendor! Their studio will be there to represent downtown Roanoke and will be highlighting a couple of the offerings from their "potion bar."

Bonny Branch
Session Instructor
Bonny Branch has taught her special style of yoga and ballroom dance classes for 15 years from California to Maine to Virginia. The last of eight kids, Bonny is a sensitive, spoiled, shy spaz who delights in fantastical flights of foolishness, full-bodied fancy, and is never far from flavorful foods. She seeks to harmonize with life and humanity, plucking energetic chords on the golden grid to vibrate silently, tuning up and in. Also an actor, photographer, and walker of her beloved Subi, she is pleased as punch to be here today.

Ninette Carnevale
Yoga Instructor
Meet Ninette — a dynamic yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience. She combines traditional asana with mobility and deep release techniques, making her classes playful and enjoyable. Ninette loves hearing your joyful groans and sighs during practice. Outside of teaching, she offers Ionic Detox Footbaths, a soothing soak that detoxes, reduces inflammation, and resets your energy. It’s a true game changer!

Bhakti Kulani
Song, Sacred Phrases, Dance
Bhaki Kulani celebrates Bhakti through song, sacred phrases, and dance, uniting friends from diverse faith traditions. Our name means "devotional communities," and we share universal kirtan and Dances of Universal Peace to foster connection.
Universal kirtan expands on the practice of singing God’s names from various traditions, opening our hearts to divine grace. Dances of Universal Peace embody love and joy, creating a space for peace. Together, our singing and dancing amplify joy, radiating positivity into the world. Join us in this celebration of unity and spirituality!

Tuscany, Lotus Collective
Yoga Instructor
Tuscany is a compassionate RYT-200 yoga instructor completing her 300HR training, with 15+ years of experience working at yoga studios and a Psychology degree focused on mental health. She offers trauma- informed, nervous system–supportive gentle, yin, and restorative classes that foster connection, resilience, and emotional safety. She will be offering a 60-minute restorative yoga session.

Marisa Freeman
Yoga Instructor
Marrissa is a yoga teacher known for grounding vinyasa and deeply nourishing yin. Specializing in honest movement, accessible shapes, and just enough humor to keep things human. She will be leading Soft Power, a grounding vinyasa practice that explores strength without force, emphasizing steady breath and intentional transitions.

Randy Boyd
Yoga Instructor
Randy is a E-RYT 500 YACEP, Certified Yoga Therapist (IAYT), Certified Yoga for Bone Health. He is a Teacher Trainer and quest teacher trainer in 5 states.
He will be leading Awe: The Transformational Power of Wonder. Awe refers to a state of being so profoundly moved by something beautiful or extraordinary that it shifts your awareness where u have an awakening, an awe ha moment.

Erica Austin
Yoga Instructor
When Erica steps onto her yoga mat, she finds a haven to heal and strengthen. As both a student and teacher, she brings vital energy to her classes. Certified in various disciplines, including Yoga, Pilates, and Barre, she blends her experiences to create a unique style. With a strong focus on anatomy and healing through movement and breath, her classes are engaging yet challenging. Her intention is to lovingly challenge and free both body and mind, ensuring students leave with an open heart, calm mind, and healed body, ready to take their yoga off the mat.
