What to wear: shorts, leggings or comfortable pants (not really baggy) that you wouldn’t mind getting dirty or wearing for several hours on your bike. Look at the forecast, wear and bring layers, rain gear, and extra dry clothes.
Clipless or flats: We recommend using flat pedals for mountain bike clinics, if you are clipless and really want to ride clipped in you can, but you may not feel as comfortable trying some awesome new skills. No matter what you decide, make sure your pedals match which shoes you bring to wear i.e. for flat pedals you need flat shoes or sneakers, for clipless pedals you will need your clipless shoes.
Meals: All meals are included, Friday dinner through Sunday lunch! Extra snacks available for purchase. Please let us know about dietary restrictions ahead of time.

Be prepared with helmet on, clothing in check, shoes on, bike ready to ride, chain lubed, pedals on, tires aired up, etc.
If you have questions about getting your bike ready to ride please try and ask a coach sometime before 8:45am or the night before so we can get your skills sessions started on time. If you have questions about any of these items during the weekend please ask your coach!
The trail rides will be based on your group’s skill level, and what your group wants to work on as a whole. Your coach will give you the best options for rides based on what you want to hone in on!
